Eh, it was wrapped up with a HEA. The plot choices were unexpected, served up with a side of ick.

I’m a little disappointed in this book. I loved the first one so much and this one fell a little flat to me. My main issue is that the first 200 pages (60%) were sooooo slow. And compared to the rest of the book really pretty boring

I will say the last 40% of the book was actually really fun. I loved the plot twists I loved the trickster magic and the ending was pretty badass too. I just wish the whole book was like that!

Oh well I still had fun
