I bought volumes 43 and 44 because the bookstore didn't have volume 6 or any close to that one, but they did have 43 and 44 and the covers told me in one of those was my absolute favorite scene

when Hinata spikes and gets the first point in the Adlers vs Black Jackals match and he screams "I'm here!" and Karasuno yells back "Welcome home!" 🥺🥺🥺🥺

, and I was RIGHT and I LOVED IT. These volumes make me so emotional, everyone has grown so much, both in age and maturity and abilities but they still love each other!!!! Yamaguchi telling Osamu that even if the match wasn't in Sendai he wouldn't have missed it for anything!! Ukai-kun and Take-chan taking the current Karasuno team to watch the match!!! The ones who couldn't go watching it on tv or making sure to watch it afterwards!!!

Also I didn't remember that Atsumu set the ball specifically for Hinata to make a grand entrance back into Japan's volleyball scene!!! After telling him in Nationals all those years ago that he would set for him one day!!!!

. Also, the bathroom scene lmao, the throwback to the first or second volume...Haikyuu is just so special to me man
