This was a cute holiday story centered around a free-spirited girl, her crazy family, and a wholesome, local hero hockey player. It's an enemies-to-lovers tale with some fake dating and right person/wrong time plus a few heavy doses of spice. It's a quick read that will give you all the feels; a few tugs on the heartstrings, a fit or two of giggles and it'll keep you hoping for a happily ever after.

This book is about Dakota and Ryder.  If this book doesn't make you laugh out loud I'm not sure what will.   Ryder wants a big family so bad that he meets Dakota's and he falls in love with the loud, crazy family.  

It is so funny and a little heartbreaking for Ryder.   I really enjoyed it though and can't wait to read more in this series.
