This was a re-read for me. I had somehow forgotten the entire "traveling theater troupe"subplot. This isn't my favorite of the witches books, I don't feel as if Granny Weatherwax quite comes into her own until later but still, funny, smart, with an enormous amount to say about the world.

Hilariously imaginative and beautifully playful
adventurous funny mysterious medium-paced

Amazing! Terry Pratchett's writing style is funny, witty and very engaging. Wyrd Sisters is a story filled with intrigue, humor and clever conversations, a book that starts in a very interesting way and then keeps you entertained the whole time; perfect for people who like having a good time and reading some fantasy fiction.

Absolutely hilarious.

This must be the best Discworld yet, which is saying something.

This goes next to Mort for my favourite Discworld book so far. There are many many reasons for that, but let's be honest, there is really one that matters: Granny Weatherwax
I will read every book this woman stars in. She is the epitome of Pratchett's humour and the true guardian of the land. All hail the one and true granny.
