This is my second Hannah Bonam-Young book and omg i love her work sm šŸ˜šŸ«¶ I loveee that thereā€™s no third act breakup and the loving family dynamic between them and their siblings despite their dysfunctional upbringing made my heart burst with joy. The angst and sexual tension prior to them getting together was written so well to the point that I was literally giggling and kicking my feet from the cuteness and excitement of where it could lead. This author has definitely become and auto-read author bc her work is simply amazing that I have no choice but to continue supporting her. 100000% recommend this and the rest of her works !!

This was sweet, a little spicy, had so much happiness between the couple instead of getting together on the last page, it had conflict without a third act breakup, found family, and a deaf side character with plenty of ASL use.

SO SO SO GOOD!! i have heard such good things about this series and holey moley, this was amazing. i loved warren and chloe so freaking much. like i was hooked in from the jump with chloe in the supermarket - hannahā€™s writing is so engaging, had my heart thumping, and was all around like a big hug. i loved that this didnā€™t have the typical 3rd act breakup - it was realistic & resolved realistically and i was so happy about that.

āš ļø: abandonment (foster care & adoption), adoption trauma, drug abuse, death of parent (OD), child abuse, grief, ableism, alcoholism, panic attacks/disorders, manipulation, emotional abuse, violence, pregnancy (not mcs)

POSSIBLE SPOILERS AHEAD YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I have nothing to say other then i feel like there were to many time jumps so 1- you loose track of the time and donā€™t realize how much time has passed ( i think itā€™s like 5 or 6  months but it could very well be like 2 or 3) and 2- we donā€™t really see Chloe and Warrens relationship grow come together so when they tell eachother they love eachother i was like ā€œdamn wow okay that was quickā€ no it wasnā€™t theyve known eachother for months, i believe that they would love eachother but i didnā€™t really get to see the relationship forming because of the time jumps.
