I loved the scene where Gabe and Aleks meet, a margarita party with fire (what could go wrong?). The Collective is present also, which adds to the found family and I can’t get enough. The maturation that occurs in Aleks throughout the story is inspiring, I want to be friends with this fictional group of characters.

Am I reading this series only for the Anton/Ezra crumbs? Sure looks like it

I love Aleks & Gabe's dynamic! I do have to say that the last hurdle didn't feel all that stressful because you know it's going to be a happily ever after ending and there was only a tiny bit of book left, so it wrapped up quickly and easily when I feel like it should have been a bigger deal. However, another fun and spicy book in this series!
