This was another wonderful collection of short stories. I didn't love all of them but the ones I did were absolutely amazing and they all brought an interesting look to the stories everyone has heard.

So many great stories! My favorites were Return to the Sea, The Deep Water Vandal, Nightengale's Lament, The First and Last Kiss, and The Merrow.

This anthology beautifully explorers, different facets of human identity through the ideas and themes of mermaids. It manages to talk about transness, immigrant identities, queerness, and more.
