This is a nuanced story about friendship, love, life's tragedies, success and failure.

Even though I'm not a gamer it was interesting to see how the gaming industry and in particular development works.

There is some representation of a main character who suffers from chronic pain. The book portrayed the isolation and impact on the person's life and their loved ones very  realistically. He is not a good role model for pain management though.

The ending was satisfying, peaceful, sad, joyful all at once. The book was well written and cleverly interviewed a video game mindset into real life. The characters felt real and flawed. The only reason this isn't 5 stars for me is there was a few scenes which felt unnecessarily dark or gross. But these weren't long and easily skippable. On the whole a brilliant book.

A perfect stand alone book. If you’re into feeling things chances are you’ll run the spectrum of emotion, i definitely did. The characters are relatable, couched in a reality that could fit into my childhood timeline and follow my own progression to adulthood. Just impeccable humanity in this book.

I loved the backdrop of video games and the 90-00s.
Interesting story telling. I liked how we went full circle with it. And the use of games as a metaphor for the characters interactions with each other.

I had no idea what to expect when I decided to get Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow on my Libby app. Honestly, had I known it was about video game producers I may have skipped it. But I can say that I am so happy that I read this book.

It was the perfect combination of smart, emotional and uplifting. The characters are flawed but whole, their lives are complicated as are their relationships. The shifting timeline was done flawlessly. It felt like no time was passing at all because I was so wholly immersed in the experience.

I can’t see what the flaws are… I wish there was maybe a bit more change in their characters as time went on. I understand Sam was unchangeable and that Sadie was complicated and dont get me wrong, I love full circle moments, but there was just maybe something slightly lacking that makes it a 4.5 rather than a 5.

Honestly an amazing book and I will recommend it to so many people!
