The 21 Day plan redeems this book (although I would warn people with OCD that some sections on thoughts might be best  avoided) but the first chapters ring all sorts of warning bells for neurodivergent people (for me at least) regarding changing the type of person you present to the world. If you’ve been unable to continue masking because it’s so exhausting, think carefully about how you approach this book.

This was another very quick read by Sincero that does an exceptional job providing the reader with practical actions and relatable anecdotes to help instill habits to become better versions of ourselves.

There are some great advice. Will have to actually sit down and read the book to implement this advice to my life.

I listened to this (at 1.25 speed) over the course of probably way too long. I found some of the practices useful at the beginning but because it finishes with a 21 day challenge, this part of the book would probably be best utilized in print format. I feel like I’ve already forgotten much of what I listened to and will likely get a copy from the library so that I can actually try and follow along with some of the habit-forming practices.
