I was surprised at how much I enjoyed this book. Maude was very difficult at first, but it was her brainwashing & upbringing.

I absolutely loved her development into wild, witchy Maude who wore comfortable clothes & charms in her pockets & talked to ghosts.

She was funny, sarcastic & quick-witted & I loved listening to her story.

I loved this book more than I’ve loved a book in a very long time. It moved quickly and I was eager to find out how they would handle the situations they were in.
