This book is geared towards US liberals who perform progressive values but can't grasp how to apply those values to the decades long abuse of the Palestinian people.
Because I'm not in that target audience, I found many arguments to be watered down or both sides-y when the authors could have taken a much more principled stance. But maybe that's how you reach US liberals?
The structure, with a small number of long chapters, didn't work well for me either and the writing felt pretty dense. It wasn't the most engaging read.
