Chris Carter is my one of my favourite thriller writers. If you like gritty, page turning reads, his stuff is for you. I am Death is the 8th novel of his I have read and while I did still enjoy it, I can't say it was a favourite. There were some similarities to previous novels and I picked the killer quite early on, although that didn't take away from my need to keep reading!
