I have been long anticipating this book. The thing with a lot of book series is that sometimes the last book is a disappointment as there has been so much hype over it.
But with this book that was not the case! I enjoyed it immensely.
I loved being reunited with old characters as well as being introduced to new characters such as the wonderful Emma Carstairs.
The thing about Cassandra Clare is that she can weave a story that twists and turns and keeps you hooked. But she can also create a very vivid and very beautiful world.

I might not be the biggest fan on CC and her books now, but i wont deny their effect on my little teenage brain. I was at B&N when it opened for this book the day it released. 

4 stars for nostalgia.

OH MY GOODNESS!!!! Its done! This one took me *forever* to read, but it was totally worth it. Cassandra Clare made an excellent wrap up to the series and sneakily introduced new characters to get us to read her other books about them.... gosh dangit.... here we go again.

If you haven't read this series yet, read it next! It is definitely my favorite series, and I recommend it to everyone.
