"The adventures of the Christmas pudding" is the longest and the bed of the short stories in this book. Poirot celebrates Christmas in the English countryside in order to find and return a stolen ruby. It's quite funny even, although the mystery is not a complicated one.

These were all short stories. One of the things I love about Christie is how she shows us little clues that lead to the conclusion. In these short stories, we are rushed. We don't see Poirot's thought processes. It was still enjoyable, but not the same as her novels.

only one festive story and it wasn't amazing, but I liked some of the others.
