The Preface and Song of Myself are the highlights of this edition. I have read from the "deathbed" edition and there was much I enjoyed like his most read and well known poems. However, there are a lot of poems that are just meh or bad. That book is need of a good edit. A selections from edition would be perfect for the casual reader.
