The third and final book of the series hit the sweet spot while the first was rough, second was finding its footing. We finally learn what happened at the first scene, how they connected, and the wrapping up the case. They had clear everything out in the open between them and have equal playing field. Chapter 18 should had been epilogue since the epilogue was the what if part.

I finished this book last night and my brain went to mush. This book had my emotions on a roller coaster ride and I loved every minute.  The way Trisha Wolfe wrapped up Halen and Kallum's story was perfect and I didn't want it to end. I was ugly crying reading parts of this book and I mean UGLY. I can't say more, but that epilogue had me crying too with happy tears.  I really have to say this is one of my favorite series and I see myself coming back to it when I need a fix lol. Before going into this series you really need to check TW.

Thank you Trisha Wolfe for trusting me with the ARC of this book and give my honest review.
