A masterclass on research. I loved how she interweaves her journey of researching this book with the findings from the research and Van Gogh’s story.
A side note: I wish there was a bit more sex worker positivity, phrases similar to, “she wasn’t a prostitute, she was a hard working girl” rattle angrily around my head.
