Best Jack Reacher book yet (and I've read a lot of them!) Struggled a bit getting into it at first, especially as I dont usually like the first person Reacher books, but once I worked out the opening misdirect/what was really going on it was impossible to put down. Also enjoyed getting to see more Reacher backstory.

I had read so many back to back fantasy novels that this was just what I needed, a grounded (or at least as grounded as Jack Reacher gets) action thriller that was short and sweet. Looking forward to seeing this adapted for season three.
