Audio Book

This is Fallen Too Far, from Rush's POV. It was good to see his view and there was plenty of extra scenes from his view that were not in the first book. I like this version more than the original!

I have to admit that I needed this book. I needed to see how the entire story was from Rush’s point of view. He had his reasons for everything he did and we finally got a glimpse of what was really happening in his head. Even though I knew the end of it, I enjoyed it to the fullest because it was like a different thing. Rush made me like him even more. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars and I’m happy to finally be over with these two and I’m ready for the next couple: Woods and Della.

I was disappointed. I wanted to read the other side in full amount aka all three book long. I wanted to see the struggle while she was gone and all. This felt like half finished job considering we all know there were three books before this One. But altogether enjoyed the read nevertheless.

This was good, but I definitely preferred the story in Blaire's POV. However, it was still very sexy and fun.

Even if this is book 4, I read it before 2. Only because I had some books after the first one and I wanted to make sure I got back into the story before I started the second one. I always loved seeing the other side of the story. Even it was tougher beeing in Rushs head, I really enjoyed getting some deeper insights. Now I can start the 2nd book :-)

That's the song that goes for me with Rush and Blaire :-)

A best friend doesn't get a get well card for you when your sick. A best friend gets you a copy of Rush Too Far! And that's exactly what my best friend did for me. I've been sick all week and honestly miserable. But then my bestie sent me this delicious dose of heaven. And I went from feeling like death to feeling like I was walking on the sandy shores of Rosemary Beach. I believe that is what makes Abbi Glines one of the most incredible authors today. She has the beautiful ability to completely immerse her readers into her fictional worlds. Her characters are so believable they seem to come alive in the first few chapters.
Rush Finlay in my opinion has and will always be the Best book boyfriend. And this book did not let me down. If anything it just solidified my opinion of him. His alpha make protective ways are crazy hot but not over the top. He's sexy, thoughtful, and kind. Getting to walk around in his head made my night. Reading his feelings for Blair plunged my heart into a frenzy of butterflies. Swoon! Although I've read the complete Rosemary Beach series this brought the story of Rush and Blair back without really being repetitive. And I know this is something most authors struggle with. There is a fine line between a different view and a feeling like your reading the exact same story. Abbi Glines executes this with ease.
My only hang up with this book was that because of Rush's love for Nan one could almost feel sorry for her in this book. Well I guess that is had you not already read the original three of the series. Because I have there is and never will be redemption in my eyes or heart for Nan.
Brilliance, sticky sweet goodness wrapped up in perfect style. Once again Abbi Glines shows the world why she is master in contemporary romance.

3.5 stars. God, I freaking HATE Nan! And I actually didn't like Rush as much in this one because he really needs to let this whole guilt thing go. He keeps telling Nan that she needs to let her hatred of Blaire go because it's not her fault, and he really needs to listen to his own advice because even though he may have raised Nan, it's not his fault they have a crappy mother, or that his father cared about him while Nan's didn't. She needs to grow up and get over herself, and she's an adult, so he needs to stop catering to her and letting her throw tantrums and get her way. Let her take care of herself for once.

Reading through Rush's point of view was more enjoyable as I understood his character more; therefore I understood why Blair fell for him. From her point of view I only heard descriptions of how attractive his body was or his mean steaks and I never understood why he would do certain things. Reading this has made me re-evaluate his character and I actually quite like him.
