Leave No Trace is an engrossing thriller about the legacies our parents leave on our psyche and navigating the world when you're mentally ill. Both the main characters are let down by their environments, too close to adequately give or receive the help they both need.

I read this book in two days because there was something about the way it was written that beggeddd to be finished fast. You have just enough information to think you know the story and you’re desperate to see how it unfolds.

I really enjoyed this book!
It did get kind of unrealistic sometimes with morals and choices but this is fiction after all. I feel like it strayed away from the main plot a few times but it still held my attention. The end is definitely a heart ripper, and I didn't see the twists coming. I think she developed all the major characters very well, even Josiah who we don't see much of.
