Of course, everyone loves politics in comic books. -.- But it wasn't partisan or (unbearably) preachy, and we got a good Bruno story and some feelsy commentary on human nature out of it, so I support.

The messages were really good, but the execution didn't quite work. Still a solid 4 stars.

What I enjoyed about this volume is that the story tackles social issues without sacrificing so much of the story. While it's not necessarily my favorite volume thus far, I still enjoyed the direction the story was taking. We also get to see how teen stick up for each other against the cyber bully Kamala ends up fighting. Just an overall fun issue, I think!

It took me a while to fully get the concept of this book for some reason, maybe just because the whole evil AI has been done so many times that I didn’t really pay attention. But once I understood that the virus Doc. X was literally a troll because it had learned to troll from people on the internet, I absolutely fell in love with this idea.

It wasn’t programmed to be that way, or with a specific goal (like Ultron), it was just meant to learn from people’s behavior on the internet and we are trolls. I love it.

Also, focusing on the idea that the behavior we portray is infectious is just 👌🏾

Another relatable volume from Ms Marvel. Kamala deals with rhe loss of Bruno, a virus that threatens her identity and friends secrets as well as voting for a new city mayor. In general the issues faced here felt very real and relevent. I like what this super hero stands for.
