The biggest delight of this was of course Matt Berry's audio performance. His Yorkshire accent had me cracking up! Content-wise, it was fine, although I found some of the sex stuff unnecessarily offputting, particularly in the first chapter.

Matt Berry is brilliant and incredibly funny. Given the other reviews, I should have opted for the audiobook as the inflections and mispronounced words would have given this book a 4.2365 rating and not the 3.47738 rating.

It is enjoyable, comedic, and full of obscure people worth looking up on the Interwebs. Two words: Englebert Humperdinck

I listened to the audible version. The performance was outstanding.

However, I feel like the book itself was not very entertaining. It was good enough to pass the time, but it did not have much substance. The instances were quite hard to relate to if you're not in the entertainment. Still, it had some good bits, and I did find Steven Toast quite charming. Solid 3.
