This is a story that is told in two time lines, current and 10 years ago. The characters are well developed and the plot has you wanting to finish the book in one setting. It is a fast read and not confused at all. You think you know the ending but you're wrong, a twist is thrown in and another for good measure just to keep you on your toes.

What an interesting book- to have an entire village keeping a secret and working toward that end was a unique perspective- and then a surprise ending...

I thought this would be a good book by reading the blurb, boy was I wrong. This book makes no sense. I wanted to dnf it but I am not sure why I stuck with it.
