A little too old-school rapey when the hero makes passes at the heroine to be forgivable. Also,

we learn partway through that the heroine's ex raped her ("forced sex on her") when she told him she was leaving him, but that's never really addressed, although as this is a Bianchin novel He Gets His Comeuppance In The End
