This book was so silly, but I absolutely love the way Raven wrote Emelle. The sheer ridiculousness of the dialogue had a constant smile on my face that overruled any objections I might have about the completion of the plot.

I liked the heroine right off, she's funny and snarky and makes the book as her story is told through her POV. It's a perfect book to pickup for Valentines day, and had me hooked from the beginning. I'll be continuing this series.

Good first book. I like the storyline and how original it is. The characters were great except I don't like the prince. Of course it ends on a cliffhanger.

Dnf. Writing was too flat to care since there is zero spice in this. The main character is basically a child and that felt creepy. Sad because i LOVE her plated prisoner series so she is a good writer.
