This was a pretty funny book. Cupid is hilarious in my opinion and I was entertained. Emelle’s experiences are comedic gold. Sometimes over the top but I did laugh out loud for real.

I forgot how funny this freaking book is. I was in a book funk. My BFF says "go read something you know you enjoy." I was going to pick up the Misfits, but then I say Cupidity staring at me and I just knew I needed to read it again! This book....CRACKS me up and keeps me on my toes. Emelle is adorably quirky and just over the top! Exactly what I needed to end the funk. I truly adore this series!

Re-read:
I've tried a lot of RH series and there are very few that are *chefs kiss*. They are always missing...something. I remember after finishing this series the first time around that I enjoyed it, but it also wasn't anything ground breaking or special. But you know what? Sometimes that's okay.
I picture Margo Robbie, a little Barbie + a little Harley Quinn, when I picture Emelle. She's a little clueless but she has a lot of heart - and a little crazy in there too. The concept of Cupid that is built here is really unique and cool. I like the spin on the Fae that is presented in this book as well.
This book sets up the series and we get to know the main characters. It's a slow burn in this one for sure, though it picks up a little in the second book.
Overall, it's a silly, fun little read. There are lots of great one liners, from Emelle especially.

Book one
Slow start for me but stick with it! It’s a fun world and 1050 is a very relatable character. Picking up the next one for sure.
