Well-written, engaging and informative, this book was clearly well researched and helps remove a lot of guesswork for moms to be by giving them a chance to make informed decisions without the overwhelm.
I would highly recommend this book to new moms (I have two kids and still found it very enlightening) or even dads who want to be more involved and informed to help mama.

Didn't know how to parse through the dumpster fire that is pregnancy books so looked up "pregnancy books written by research economists". Pretty easy skim if you're looking for quick summary guidance that helps untangle myths but I wish she cited her sources better.
