bridget was my favourite character,even from book 1 so i had high expectations. i guess thats why im so much more disappointed than the first book.
bridget was incredible i still loved her character so much.. my problem with this book was actually rhys & the writing… it had so much potential since the plot was good and not that much of a cliche like the other 3 but the execution again ruined things. rhys was too horny literally every second of the book and i hated it. books that claim to be romance had such little romance in it and so much horniness

I genuinely love this book so much the only reason it’s not a five star is because i’m not a fan of spice scenes and i skip them which is a lot in this book but otherwise i love it so much

Rhys Larsen is the only twisted man to really not be that twisted. He didn't have any reason to hate the love of his life and he was only there to protect her which makes this one different than all the rest. Theirs was more of a forbidden love but it also wasn't just a love story (most of these books aren't)!! It was about Bridget finding who she is and not stepping down because other people don't think she can do it and Rhys was there supporting her. He wanted to make sure that she knew she was the shit and that she could do anything. He did everything to be with her and even found out who his father was (even though he spent his whole life not wanting to know) just so he could help Bridget take down the parliment. I wish we saw more of her sass and "disobedience" that they talked about in Twisted Love but the time jumps didn't allow for it since the book is based after college. This is like grown woman princess diaries with spice and a grumpy man with a soft spot for the future queen
