I was going to rate it 3.5 stars until one page ruined everything. The banter was great until this page. I’ll give you a hint:.. “Crawl to me”
This book was fine. I liked that it focused on a character introduced in the first books which had some nice continuity. However, it was overall too similar to the first one. I'm not super interested in continuing to read these books because of it.

I absolutely adored this book!! It was so cute and the characters were so fun! You never got bored and kept you on your toes all throughout the book. I 100% recommend this to everyone!!
So I’ll say this the general writing is decent, but the beginning is very slow and it goes from slow to a hundred miles per hour in the blink of an eye. There is some time drawing out the forbidden romance throughout the book. But the twist was incredibly predictable as well.
Definitely enjoyed this one more than the first one. The characters were good but I was mostly invested in the plot it was very nice for a chill read.
