This book…is absolutely stunning. It’s so hauntingly beautiful. Olivia Atwater is magical in her faerietales, and this one is no different.

The Witchwood Knot is a dark, gothic faerie tale. Winnie has been asked to be the governess for the young charge at Witchwood Manor, but when she arrives, things are not as they seem. Winnie must use her knowledge of faeries and magic to try to unravel the mysteries and secrets found within Witchwood Manor.

This book had me in its clutches from page one. I tumbled headfirst into the beautiful picture Olivia Atwater paints with her words. Everything felt just a little bit….off and uncanny throughout the book, further pulling me into the magic of the writing. This is such a stunning dark gothic book and perfect for fall. I cannot wait to see what her next installment will bring!

I really enjoyed it besides the overuse of the word pianoforte.
