El libro lo he disfrutado mucho. Me ha mantenido leyendo todo el rato y ha conseguido ese ambiente de tensión que tanto busca. Por qué las tres estrellas? El final… me ha decepcionado bastante. Tanto el “primer final” como el intento de giro que hace la autora. No le veo mucho sentido…☹️ una pena!

the first 150 pages i wanted to DNF so bad, but i continued simply because i wanted to know what the hype was about. read this over the course of the day (i only read 28 pages last night). It was simultaneously an easy and hard read: it was super interesting but also GROSS and disturbing and graphic and disgusting.
i actually really liked how the ending was kind of left up to the reader-- i have my thoughts. i'm also kind of proud of myself for guessing something about the ending XD but it was very plot twisty and engaging.
giving this a 3/5 simply because of how it made me feel... i feel like i need a long shower and a dog to pet. Contemplated giving it 4 stars because of how it had me at the end but it's truly not my style-- i am glad its over and i'm ready to feel like there isn't a scary woman lurking behind me at any given moment.

That’s all I can say after reading this book. CH did such a good job with this story. I am beyond impressed at her ability to tell two different stories in two completely different voices without one bleeding into the other.
I was hesitant to jump on the Hoover train, but after this book I am completely sold!
