Obsessed with this book. Obsessed! Aurora is the daughter of a serial killer that is now behind bars. She altered her appearance and CNN anger her name before entering college with the hope of living a normal life. Unfortunately someone from her past recognizes her and reveals her true identity. She’s forced to live with the very men who have it out for her but everything becomes messy as they get closer.

This is a bully romance. Heavy on the bully very light on romance. She’s a badass FMC with vulnerabilities like the rest of us.

I was delighted by this book! I can’t believe I’ve never heard of it as an avid RH fan. You are immediately plunged into darkness as Aurora is “rescued” from one evil to be dragged into a far darker evil. As the daughter of a serial killer who is finally behind bars, Aurora wants a chance to start over and try to live a normal life. Her chances are immediately shot to hell when the brother of a potential victim of her father’s recognizes her. Stellan and his friends, self proclaimed kings of darkwood university, plan to make her life a living hell. Aurora is both under the protection of the four boys; Cain, Remington, Paxton, and Stellan, and at their mercy as a bully romance unfolds. I was immediately drawn in by the boys’ personalities. All four were fleshed out and individualized which can be hard for authors to do in a RH. Aurora is drawn to them as fiercely as they are drawn to her but whether the attraction will result in destruction or romance hangs in the balance. This was captivating and steamy and I CANNOT wait to read on.
