I'll read book four, but this trend of "human girl turns out to be a fairy and has no clue what she's doing but somehow ends up being the best at everything she does anyway" is getting really old.

I see where the author is going with the story line but it read more like a first draft than a fully edited published novel. I hate not finishing books so I pushed through and started skimming so I can just see how the story concludes. I might just skip book 4.

1. There was a lot of dialog and description that didn’t add any value or help the story progress. For example, some of the banter was just too much, describing a routine of getting ready etc. The mannerisms and ways the characters spoke to each other was completely different than in previous books, it just wasn’t consistent and didn’t quite flow well after books 1 and 2. It’s like all the characters changed the way they speak, behave, and act without character development with the exception of Gullie.

2. The relationship between the protagonist (Daliah) and the Price just felt rushed. They had very minimal interaction throughout the story but suddenly they’re in love and would die for each other. It seemed like the book jumped ahead in their relationship, we didn’t see it develop but had to trust that somehow they fell in love? How? Where’s the burn leading up to this? The development of the relationship?

3. It felt like the price had a personality change. In books 1 and 2, he was depicted as authoritative, strong and brave but in this book he magically doesn’t have a voice, at all. He just sits back, says he loves Daliah and blindly follows orders.

Overall, I’d skip the whole series. It feels like a draft, it has the potential to be a good story, I’d even argue all 4 books should be bundled in 1, thoroughly edited with some parts rewritten and it could be a good book. But as it is, it falls flat. I’ve read better drafts on Wattpad and Inkitt.

I’m disappointed because it had the premise of a potential good story, it just felt unfinished.

I Love the Narrator for this series unfortunately the next one isnt available on scribd but will finish the series up...

I wish there was more explanation on things in General, its all very Vague, still the Author illustrates the setting beautifully....

The story was ok... It Was Dahlia discovering her roots and herself more than the trials, but the ending Has Dahlia returning to the Palace.

This was a hard one to like.

Book 1 and 2 I really enjoyed. Book 3 lost me when she started changing into a wolf. I was not engaged with about 40% of this book and I’m debating one reading the last book in this series or not.
