Completely worth reading a second time after having reread the original three. I was at sea sometimes during the first pass. I thought the False Daughter section dragged a bit, but boy does this end on a fucking bang with Lowry.

First half was perfect, Lowry took some getting used to but once you did the second half became a beautiful horror show

I love this series and I hate to give this a low rating. The first two sections were great but I had to DNF the last section. Literally every fifth word is fuck and it makes the whole thing incomprehensible. I'm still interested in reading about the first expedition into Area X but I cannot get into Lowry's story
