pissed me off

Burned out. May revisit in the future.

every book after annihilation kept losing me more and more, and it felt like jeff just ran out of things and decided to fill a fuckity fucking chapter fucking full of fucking fucks. (that’s literally what it sounded like) like i get the guy’s frustrated, but it felt like some sort of grab at shock value to keep me reading because “who knows what jeff’s gonna do next??” not me. i don’t know. and i’m okay with that. trying to finish this has already put me in a bit of a reading slump, and i’m ready to move on to other books on my list
