Woah we got more jealousy from satoko in this volume, look at her being jealous of him seemingly spending time with another woman and the possible experience he's had with women before her, and her being unwilling to accept the fact that the emotion she's feeling is jealousy ;)
I love how their relationship "developed" in this chapter. I've been reading this bc the plot is interesting, I like the darker side with the guy essentially being a psychotic killer and I want to see who will win this game in the end bc we all know that she's playing him and he can switch up his character at any given time. I thought that he didn't have any real genuine feelings towards her and it really was just an extreme obsession over the one woman who didn't run away scared and like he said "accepted" him for being a hitman. But perhaps I was wrong? He's seemed to have really actually developed some sort of soft spot towards her, bc he didn't kill her... yet? Anyways it was interesting that despite his character they actually did have a talk and he actually did insist on trying to understand her emotions and expressed concern for her.
Interested in continuing to see how the relationship between these 2 develop~ I also rlly do like the art, his character's visual design isn't overly complex but the author portrays him looking insane well lol

So according to Google, if you mix green and red, you end up with a 'really ugly shade of brown...'
I don't think Shinpei deserves to be called a brown flag. But he's definitely something.
Also, Guardian Rat was my favourite chapter. Him in the rafters licking the sword.. 🤣🤣🤣
