Normally, fake relationships are not something I read but all the wonderful reviews and the synopsis captured my interest. Other reviewers are spot on that this book was like a steamy Hallmark Christmas movie.
I loved Georgia from the start. She was sweet, strong, and sassy, but I loved her inner dialogue to get through her initial interactions with Sebastian. I also loved that she was a baker! Sebastian took time to grow on me, but he definitely did! Their banter made me giggle many times.
I enjoyed the extra characters, especially Sebastians family.
I like Maggie Cole's writing because she gets you hooked right within the first few pages of the book, and she gets you invested into the characters.

I really loved this book - I do love it when the guy falls first. I adore Georgia, did from the very beginning, strong female character who didn’t take his shit and sought to get what she deserved. Sebastian’s past haunted him which caused the issues they faced but ultimately they were made for each other. I love how much he wanted to get things right with her in the end, adorable. 4⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
characters are very childish, I couldn’t get my self to like them or his family.

Crashing into your new boss the first day you start you internship was not how Georgia Peach planned for. With her cupcakes in hand she finds her boss Sebastian Cartwright grumpier then she expected. She has a plan though and in order to achieve her dreams she needs the internship, she will put on a smile and work every day to the best of her ability.
Sebastian believes all women are out for one thing, snag a rich husband and fake it until you make it. Georgia with her bright smile though and innocence unnerves him. When he is faced with an ultimatum he decides he needs a wife for on month, Georgie is perfect for the role. Negotiations are tough and Georgia holds her own to become his temporary bride, but as they spend time with his family he find himself falling for her but can he trust that it is love?
I loved this, it was full of the holiday spirit and the chemistry between Sebastian and Georgia is sizzling. For Sebastian a man who excels in deals and corporate life, he is so guarded after being burned one time too many he is jaded. Georgia is the perfect woman for him, but she too is also safeguarding her feelings for him. Definitely would read more in this series.

This is completely different to all the others I've read by Maggie. This was a carefree lush Christmas story that you'll enjoy from start to finish. Sebastian is a grumpy completely work orientated man who doesn't believe in the path of true love. Georgia has goals and aspirations and she is one of those people who believes that everything happens for a reason, and there's good in everyone. She's sweet but fiery...everything Sebastian isn't! This was a slow burn, push and pull story that I loved every minute of...a great addition for the festive season
I have no idea why I picked up this book other than I was looking for something not paranormal and my relistens were not doing the job.
Fake anything in books is not my Trope but I thought I love billionaires so let's give it a go.
I loved Georgia. She is down to earth, she brings out the softer side of our hero Sebastian.
How they came to be fake engaged is interesting and I loved his family.
Then all of Sebastian's past comes up and no one says anything just lets them all gossip. I really liked that Georgia was the one that points it out and people stopped.
Of course they fall for one another, and then the breakup. But the way he gets her back. All the feels.
I really enjoyed the narration as well.

Fantastic
This was a great story for any time of year. Grumpy Sunshine done so well. Sebastian and Georgia are perfect for each other and watching Sebastian find his feelings & grovel was satisfying but what I loved even more was that despite being the “sunshine” in the relationship, Georgia isn’t a naive little V like you find in so many books with this trope. Strong, confident (mostly) and ambitious - a great duo. Highly recommend.

Georgia Peach gets a position as an intern working with Director of Operations. This is not her dream but it will help her achieve her dream of owning her own bakery. In doing so, she has to work with the rude but hot Sebastian Cartwright who does not like her baking.
Sebastian lives and breathes work as he is hoping his father is soon to name him CEO, however, in order to stay on this path or obtaining the position of CEO he has to come back for the holidays. He hates doing this as his mother is constantly pushing women on him to get him to possibly settle down. Sebastian has lost interest due to the fact he has been burn several time by his previous ex fiancés who were just using him for what he could provide and his money….not him. So what does he do?!? He makes an agreement with Georgia for her to be his fake fiancé, they get married while they are back home and then annul the marriage. In doing so, Georgia will receive money to open her bakery. Georgia agrees, they go back home but the unexpected happens and feelings get involved.
This was a good fake relationship! The push and pull between Gregoria and Sebastian worked! I wish there was a little more holiday in the book but I did enjoy the story line.
