I thought this was a cute story — of course it deals with a lot of tough topics that it’s great to have representation of in YA lit, but it didn’t quite hold up for me as an adult reader. the writing didn’t stand out to me much, and ((personally)) I’ve been feeling pretty over the religious context in queer, + specifically lesbian, media. I think I would’ve eaten this up at age 11-12, though!

Es un libro entretenido para sanar a tu niño queer y minoritario interior. Además de una especie de ventana para entender lo que elles viven en Estados Unidos y reflexionar sobre problemáticas que no siempre nos tocan cerca.
Vale la pena.
