One of my favorite books.
This book just kinda solidified everything I felt deep in my soul and made me feel at peace when I was grieving a hard loss. I always recommend it to anyone suffering a loss or just looking to dig deep see more of themselves and be open to whats beyond, or where we come from. Its mostly case studies, but the way its written makes it really easy to read. I laughed at some parts and felt immense relief at others. Highly recommend and will be finishing the second book at some point.
My beautician actually recommended this book to me. I am not religious person and no longer believe in God. Something I struggled with since I was raised Catholic.

What I find amazing is how all these different people talk about the same thing when they're in the spirit world. Part of it I find hard to believe and the other part is starting to believe. So much so, that I would love to do a past life and life between life session.

interesting read regarding the afterlife. concepts ive personally thought of were in this book. however, many topics were things that did not ever cross my mind. you have to have an open mind to understand the deep intricacies.
Have to take this with a thousand grains of salt but he does make a convincing argument for reincarnation and it was comforting to consider, even if it turns out not to be true.

I found this book incredibly interesting. The idea of being able to regress people to past lives and to the in-between is wild. This book really made me question the possibilities beyond life as we know it.
