Really interesting and reflective book that questions the concept of souls and our purpose(s) on earth and the experiences we have while we're here.

Well. He definitely wrote a book.

The first thing I said after finishing this was: “Whew. That was a mind fuck.” If you’ve ever wondered whether things really happen for a reason, if the people in your life were meant to be there, or if there’s any meaning to it all — read this.

Journey of Souls dives into what happens between lives, based on actual hypnosis sessions. It’s wild, but also weirdly grounding. The biggest shift for me was realizing that even our hardest life circumstances — the ones that hurt the most, fuck us up for "the rest of our lives," and cause trauma — aren’t mistakes. They’re chosen by us, in our soul state, to help us grow. Same with soulmates, family, even the people who challenge us the most — it’s all part of the plan WE CHOOSE.

If you’re in an existential spiral or just curious about the bigger picture, this book will genuinely make so much sense and provide you with so much clarity.

This was such a fascinating read and a great insight into what the afterlife could be like. It made me really think outside the box, appreciate life more and our purpose on this earth, and open my mind to a new possibility of existential thought. I have no idea if any of what these people he hypnotized are saying is true, but it’s a beautiful thought that makes a lot of sense. Science and spirituality work together in a symbiotic relationship to create life and that resonates with me. Inspiring.
