This had such a strong beginning, and a great finish! The middle I found myself apathetic, verging on bored. Which isn’t great for a mystery/thriller? 

But overall, this tied up loose ends I didn’t even realize were present from the first book, which was very fulfilling! Just that middle 50% that made me disappointed.

Not as good as the first because I think I knew how twisty the main character was so I was always waiting for what she was going to do. Still a solid thriller and a fun listen.

I mainly purchased this because I feared fomo… lol

I wasn’t super into it, however, I did not expect parts of the ending!
