Only covered three things to stay on track of a goal. Interesting vignette style of storytelling.
Never once switched pronouns and ALWAYS referred to The Manager as He, which was irritating after a certain point. I will acknowledge the original was published in 1982, but come on with this 2015 revamp.

As with most business books, it's better if you just read the summary paragraph at end of each chapter and then move on with your life.

Some really great, and easy to implement concepts, on how to be a better manager. You can definitely apply these steps in all aspects of your life, not just work. Highly recommend.
