It boggles my mind that this sold so well. This is really entry level stuff. I guess high-school kids would benefit from reading this. The first few chapters was straight from the 40s. The rest of the book was a bit fresher, oozing with intense boomer energy. Read the copyright year, made sense.

An oversimplified story that felt more like a children's tale than anything else, The One Minute Manage provides us an insight on how to become a better manager—more so, a "One Minute Manager."
Despite the obviously boring way the story was written, the book is truly informative and can be a good reference to acquire an idea on the provision of good, if not better, management.
