Simplistic but with some great gems, easy to pick out since it's a quick read.
this was actually a good read and helped me reflect on my own managerial style as well as how i like to be managed. i think the focus on the one minute thing definitely speaks to white supremacy work culture, but it’s always nice to have little things to try and remember to focus on when you’re working with others
