Jessie and the crew are back, this time trying to fight off mages while working through having two Alphas around Ivy House. We meet a few new friends and get the banter we love between the keepers of Ivy House. Seeing the contrast between Damarion’s brutishness, forwardness, and lack of awareness of social cues and Austin Steele’s steadfastness in his protection of Jessie created quite the show. There is room in the town, and council, for only one Alpha…

Fun, easy audiobook that's great for dog walks. I don't have to pay close attention and feel like I need to rewind if I get distracted for a minute. I like the humor and while fantasy is not at all my usual genre, I am enjoying this series.

This is such a fun series. I love Breene’s characters and all of the laugh out loud funny moments. If I had large sums of money to burn I would totally produce the television series.

This second installment in the Leveling Up series continues Jessie’s journey of self discovery. Readers are introduced to even more quirky characters, though it seems the original cast is also sticking around.

This book finds Jessie working to embrace the powers imbued upon her by Ivy House. We see her struggle a bit with self-doubt, and we see hunky Austin Steele helping her embrace her inner power.

This is another fun story in the series.
