This one made me so happy! I loved Francesca and Michael together. They went through a lot together, and their inner turmoil felt real. Their spats felt realistic as well. I think they are the most fleshed out characters in this series so far.

I had some really big, animated moments to this book and overall really enjoyed it! Michael sometimes comes off as manipulative, but I think that's my personal interpretation....the author did try to convey that, in the end, Francesca was on board and everything was consensual.
There is a minor scene where there was someone does try to force themselves onto the FMC, but it doesn't get far and is stopped pretty quickly.
