Much like the current TV series based on the original [a:Brian K Vaughan|17750476|Brian K Vaughan|https://s.gr-assets.com/assets/nophoto/user/u_50x66-632230dc9882b4352d753eedf9396530.png] run of the book, this series is hampered by its pacing. It takes far too long to gather the team together, and I quickly found myself bored with the plot.

There's nothing wrong with the story or the art, but no writer has made these characters interesting since Vaughan left, and I wish they'd retire this title for good.

I recommend it for die-hard continuity fans, and people who enjoy Rainbow Rowell's work.

A reboot. Or at least a revisit. And a pretty good one. The characters feel about right. And it isn't Marvel if you aren't bringing someone back to life. Especially around time travel. I can't say I like all the characters equally but it had a good feel to it and it was readable and left me wanting more. And sometimes that's enough.

Just finished volumes 1-6. Let's face it: I'll love anything Rainbow does.

enhhh. idk fam, i'm not really vibing with this art style; and the volume was basically spent reuniting the crew so the plot hasn't really had a chance to do much yet. hopefully now that that's done volume 2 will be more interesting!
