reading this for marashaw. the ending fucked me up sorry i think i have PTSD from their break up. if they aren't endgame or serve death trope i don't know if i'll survive i am not one of god's strongest soldiers.
will probably give a better rating on the 2nd read, because I realized as I was reading that I should've reread the first trilogy before reading this one and was quiiiite lost. but I love Noah!
only read it and finished it because i read the mara dyer trilogy in high school and remembered loving that series but then i read noah shaw and just wasn’t into it? also like wut

before starting, i was warned that this series isn’t as good as the original. alas, i love marashaw too much so i just read it. i actually enjoyed this book. the idea of a bunch of x-men 2.0 thrills me because i like anything that has to do with marvel. the plot was interesting and has potential. but there was nothing that properly stood out. i was unable to stop reading, though and i kept going for hours. like i said, it wasn’t terrible, just average.
but i’d give all the stars for the angst between mara and noah because i am a sucker for angst <3
