okay, so, i’ve read this book before. this is probably my 2nd or 3rd time reading it. god, where can i start. i like these cheesy YA books, but also, who cares if they’re cheesy? i still cried!!! i guess that means it was impactful, right? my only critique for this book (and greens writing in general) is the advanced vocabulary for the age group. listen, i’m almost in my 20s… a lot of teens do not use a lot of these words and i am quite good at reading comprehension but thank god i read this on kindle and could see what some of the words were/how they were pronounced. so yeah.. -.5 for that. but overall a good book, especially if i keep coming back to it

This is my second time reading this book after about 8 or 9 years. It’s sad book but makes me reflect on what life would look like with a terminal illness. What would be the focus?

This book was simply perfect in every aspect. It was emotional and deep yet also humorous and youthful. The romance was quite literally to do for, and the characters are extremely well drafted. I just keep thinking how much I need an Augustus Waters in my life. Overall, it is well written and extremely moving- definitely one of my new favorites.

This book almost made me cry. ALMOST!! This book started very slow but then I just fell in love with them. The only reason I am giving it this low of a score is that the book did not start out in a way I liked and it felt like there was something to be desired.
