I'm having a hard time getting on board the John Green train. Everyone seems to adore his books, and out of the four that I've read the only one that I've really enjoyed was The Fault in Our Stars. I was hoping to enjoy this one, but it was my least favorite so far. It took a little bit to get going and then about two hours into the audio, my interest was peaked, but I still never got really invested in the book. I think a lot of my dislike for this one had to do with the audio though. According to Audible, there are two narrators for this book, but when I was listening I didn't even know there was a difference. I actually remember thinking that I would have enjoyed hearing two different narrators so that I could more easily tell the two Will Graysons apart, and apparently there were two narrators all along.
There was a lot of back and forth dialog that had the names of who was speaking before every line and that was, honestly, annoying to listen to the narrator say the names over and over again. Also, the singing drove me nuts. It was so over the top and obnoxious, which I guess was part of that particular character's personality, but it just got on my nerves.
All of that being said, if you're thinking about picking this one up, I would say to check out the print version rather than the audio.

Well I did like it, but I was also confused.. Had probably expected more from John Green, he is after all One of my favorite authors
Im sorry but i just couldnt with this book, I had to skim the whole things and honestly Im glad I did cause the sooner I got out the better
Maybe ive been reading to much john green the past few days, but I couldnt take the angst anymore, and like I didnt care about either of these Wills honestly. Like AwWwWw they both like people, but when they like them back they dont want anything, and its only when they leave theyre like waittttt noooo I actually do like you, like what?!?! im sorry but whiny characters are just so hard to read about, plus the whole book is about Tiny anyways, which... Ick...
Its over tho, i made it. Near the end it got a little interesting when people actually solved their problems, but not worth the build up to get there.

This book was beautiful. It really called to attention some things I'd never thought about before. And I can't tell you how many times I got strange looks because I snickered at something in the book!
Two of my favorites, this book was HILARIOUS. Basically everything Tiny. It had me laughing out loud in the middle of the classroom. It was so witty, funny, thought provoking and had lines that got to my heart. I really, really like this book.
OMG. Wonderful book to start off the new year with. Just wonderful.
What I loved about this book, well besides everything, was how it so perfectly interconnected genius humor with such deep issues. It was just so John Green. And so David Levithan. And so you can only assume that with both of these authors this book would be perfect, and it was. AH.
The characters were great. Distinct and witty and absolutely GREAT to read about. The plot was fast and never boring, but rather extremely addicting. The writing was absolutely positively perfect, duh. And well, the overall experience : 100/10.
It was a great read and I am so happy I finally picked it up. WOOHOO for me! (you could be woohooing yourself too if you read this book)

I didn't know what to expect when I picked Willy Grayson, Will Grayson up. I had already read TFIOS by John, and I knew this would be nothing like it. I started reading and was hooked basically right away. It was really funny, with the occasional part that made me "awww."
will grayson was my favorite, along with Tiny. I do wish they would have ended up together, because the ending was pretty rushed. Everything else I thoroughly enjoyed!
